An adventure throughout the Brazilian coast in the company of an indian surfer who lives on a beach with no waves.
Guile Martins is a writer, director, editor, cinematographer and sound tecnician graduated in Film School at the University of Sao Paulo (ECA - USP) with a sound especialization. Wrote and directed the short-film Sobre a Maré (2005). Worked as a sound tecnician in the feature filmOtávio e as letras (2007), directed the documentary Canoa Quebrada (2009) and the animation Dona Ferrugem e a bailarina (2009), in which he took on the cinematography, production and sound. Winner of best soudtrack award at the Festival de Brasilia in 2008 for his work in the feature O milagre de Santa Luzia, directed by Sérgio Roizenblit. Edited the documentary Bailão, directed by Marcelo Caetano, winning the award for best editinf at the 42nd Festival de Brasília in 2009. He teaches classes and workshops on sound recording and sound editing at the Academia Internacional de Cinema (AIC) in Sao Paulo.
