Inspired by the original Little Red Riding Hood of Charles Perrault, the film tells the story of Red, a drug dealer circulating the night of São Paulo, dressed as a character, one day coming back from one of those evenings she meets a videographer in the park: The Wolf Evil.

Flavio Frederico was born in 1969 in Rio de Janeiro and studied Architecture and Cinema at the University of Sao Paulo. He directed 7 short films, among them Todo Dia Todo (1998), Copacabana (1999) e Ofusca (2002), all of them exhibited in important festivals such as Sundance, New York, Oberhausen, Tampere, London and Rotterdam. His first feature film, Urbania (2001), supported by the Hubert Bals Fund, had its première at Rotterdam, where it obtained an average of 8,26/10 from the public. Urbania was also exhibited at Montreal, Mannheim-Heidelberg, NY Latin Beat, Mar del Plata, among others.
He has also directed five documentaries, among them Caparaó (2006), the winner of the festival É tudo verdade - It's all true, the most important documentary film festival in Latin America. In 2010 he released the feature Boca (2010) at Rio's Film Festival, getting Best Cinematography and Editing Prizes. The documentary Em busca de Iara (2013) is his last feature film.
